Very nice place strongly recommend

The breakfast was enjoyable, although there is potential for improvement to align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. On the other hand, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

It is quite a distance from the city center.

Wonderful

The staff were helpful and friendly. They can't do enough for you! The food is amazing and fresh!The room was clean and spacious.

It would be helpful to have a small adults only pool elsewhere on the grounds. The pool is not the most relaxing place for a solo traveller...however, there might be one that I haven't seen.

Room well appointed with great pool view. Nice breakfast and such friendly and helpful staff

Noisy weddings every night are not great for relaxing evenings in the lovely gardens

good place to stay but not sure to return

Comfortable big rooms, good cable TV, good internet in room and in lobby (see don't like...as well). Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool, not heated as it was said in booking's descpription, but since air temperature was above 30 C ...not really needed. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice (of course no bacon or salami, as no pork meat in Egypt) Keep in mind it's a 4-stars at Egyptian standards, not the same as EU or US standards, but still very nice place.

Main issue, hotel seems to be specialized in weddings or other big events...and on Thursdays and Fridays ....it's quite popular...and when such event is happening...hotel seems NOT to care about other guests, as noisy loud music and people are in the garden. This should not be allowed when guests are paying such high rate for rooms. Other issue, the WIFI at the pool was not working well ...up and down. Drinks are quite expensive (cheap compared to EU standards) and if you want to fill up your fridge's room, just walk 3 minutes out of the hotel...there's a mini-market where you can buy everything...roughly 4 times cheaper than at the hotel (same for snacks). Hotel is quite far away from city and airport...but close to Mall of Egypt (huge shopping area, really huge !) and they should provide FREE shuttle to this place. That would be a big plus for guests. it's a 5-10 minutes drive only (or 1h by quick walking).

Honeymoon stay

Breakfast was really good and tasty. The staff gave us a beautiful room with both pool and golf view once they saw us bride and groom

Every night there was more than one wedding near rooms with loud DJ, one night there were three weddings at same time, this ruined our peaceful stay.

I had a room with view to the local swimming pool, very...

I had a room with view to the local swimming pool, very noisy. All staff very noisy, moving beds till midnight, cleaning the floor since early morning >> everything could be heard there.

The room furniture want to be renewed Most of the staff are very lazy ..when we asked room service or house keeping for anything it comes after decades as if we have to beg for it. staff at the restaurant were very polite and helpful. there is no any kind of entertainment no spa no animation team no shows even the gym is in another building in another hotel that we have to get a car to reach it. They have the worest bed ever ..very hard matress ...really makes you feel that you are sleeping over rocks (Not comfortable at all)

The staff was great.The place is pretty good and calm

They forgot my ''don't disturb sign'' and unless i locked my door, the room service would enteted the room while me sleeping

I like the cleanliness of the room, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food options in the breakfast and dinner were marvellous, especially the deserts. The green landscape was pretty nice, and the swimming pool was calm and clean

Actually the price of the rooms, it should be very clear to the customers that the price is not as What I booked because there is a different price for Egyptian customers.

Not the experience I hoped for

It took them an hour to finally tell me that my room cannot be given due to some renovations. I was then offered a less in standard than the one I booked “older Hilton facility”. We had to go to my appointment tired and late due to that delay.

Unprofessional management

Opposite to a beautiful golf course and near mall of Egypt

When i arrived at the hotel they told me that there is no rooms available at the hotel even though I had confirmed bookings so they offered to send me to a near by hotel for 1 night and to move back to the hotel the next day for the remaining two nights. There was no other choice and that is what I had to do with my wife with me and very tierd from traveling. It is just unacceptable to be denied a room at the property when I have confirmed bookings from more than 3 weeks back! This shows seriously unprofessional management and lack of customer respect, very disappointing.

Perfect time

Sitting by the pool was so cozy and the golf course was breath taking. The room was upgraded for free and the renovation of the rooms is wonderful.

The security guys made me feel like in prison. I went to give a friend something in his room and the door was open to find someone calling him saying that visits in rooms r forbidden. I was not even visiting him. And while having a walk in the hotel a security guy was following me. It is good to have security eyes open but feeling like u r being monitored is not that nice.
